Restart your router

Remove the power cord from the router.
Wait at least 30 seconds after all lights on the router have gone out and then
reconnect the power cord to the router.

Go to Control Panel and open Network and Internet then go to Internet Connections and select your connection, then right click and open Properties and select Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) > Properties.

Then follow these easy steps.

  • Select Obtain an IPv6 address automatically > Obtain DNS servers address automatically > OK.
  • Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Properties.
  • Select Obtain an IP address automatically > Obtain DNS servers address automatically > OK.
Then click OK again to close.

Select Start, type command prompt in the Search Programs and files box, press and hold and hit enter.

At the command prompt, type the following commands. Press Enter after each command.


ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew
